Yes. You can publish using EChart Thin Client that can be viewed cross-platform and without a plugin. This would have some interactive functionality. This option does have special server requirements for an IIS, ISAPI Compliant server. Note that without the plugin on the User's computer, processing for all users is done on the server.

You can also publish HTML and PDF charts with Drill-up/Drill-down capabilities to any server, allowing Mac and UNIX users to navigate through the entire chart. The Publishing Wizard guides you through the publishing process.
