Yes. You can display the Job Title below the Employee's Name.

The default layout to any/all boxes in a Chart are as follows:

• Box Title
• Job Title
• Name

If you would like to change the default layout, follow these steps:

• Format | Advanced Box Layout
• Turn on ABL for either one or all of your Position Types
• Click on the Arrange button
• Select which ordering option best suits your chart
