Can I print my org charts in OrgPublisher?
Yes. OrgPublisher contains two chart printing capabilities:
the default Wall Chart and Book style
printing.
Book Style prints with an index and page numbers on the down arrows. There are settings in the Print Preview that allow you to optimize this printout. It is better to use if you are printing the whole organization, but it can print a subset of the chart from a box that is set as "Top of Chart".
Wall Chart is ideal for printing sections of the chart. You can set a specific box as "top of chart" and set the number of levels and print the chart subset. You can also print Wall Style to a large plotter on 36" or 40" paper. Wall style is good to use if you want to move boxes around in the Print Preview.
Charts may be published to a PDF file that may be printed.
Note: EChart Thin Client printing is only available in PDF format because EChart Thin does not use the Active X PluginX.
