I have already created some summary fields based on my data. I need to add additional custom fields from my data source. What will happen to my existing summary fields?
OrgPublisher places summary fields in field 26 of
the data file. If you are passing in data beyond field
25, you do not need to worry. If you will go beyond
field 25, open the chart prior to adding the
additional fields of data.
Click on Data in the OrgPublisher menu bar, then Custom Fields from the pull-down list. The Custom Field Properties dialog opens. Insert the number of blank fields you need before field 26. OrgPublisher stores the placeholders in the template file (.otm). Open the data file in OrgPublisher. Click on Data in the menu bar, then Custom Fields from the pull-down list. Modify the properties of the new fields.
